Li Zheng

CEO
Mr. Zheng Li joined the company as Chief Executive Officer on September 9, 2019. He was appointed as a Director of the Board for JCET and certain subsidiaries of the Company on September 26, 2019. Mr. Zheng received his master’s degree in Financial Economic Management from the University of Tokyo. He has over 30 years of experience working in IC companies in the United States, Japan, Europe, and China. Prior to joining JCET, Mr. Zheng served as Global Senior Vice President of NXP, President of NXP Greater China, and CEO of Renesas Greater China and other senior management positions. He currently also serves as SEMI International Board Director. Mr. Zheng is recognized by the 2023 Forbes China Best CEOs List.

Zheng Liang

CFO
Mr. Liang Zheng was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Non-Independent Director of the Company on November 29, 2024, responsible for financial management, capital management, and investor relations. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer, Board Secretary, and Assistant President of China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., as well as General Manager of the Finance Department at China Resources Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. Mr. Liang holds a bachelor’s degree in Monetary and Finance from the Central University of Finance and Economics, and a master’s degree in Finance from Renmin University of China. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in the U.S. and also a member of CPA Australia (ASCPA).

Il Kwon Shim

CTO
Mr. Il Kwon Shim was appointed Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on November 4, 2024. With over 30 years of extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, he specializes in advanced technology research and development, new product introduction, and strategic management. He previously served as CTO at UTAC and as a Group CTO at JCET / STATS ChipPAC from 2015 to 2019, having contributed to the latter for two decades. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated outstanding leadership in driving innovative technology projects from concept to commercialization in semiconductor packaging and testing. He holds more than 350 granted patents worldwide. Mr. Shim holds a Master’s degree in Solid State Physics from Chungnam National University and completed his doctoral program in Materials Science and Engineering at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST).

WonGyou Kim

COO
Mr. WonGyou Kim was appointed Chief Operating Officer(COO) on July 1, 2025. With 39 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, he is responsible for overseeing operations and driving strategic initiatives to support business growth. Mr. Kim has been with the company since 2004, previously serving as Senior Vice President of the Customer Service Department, where he played a key role in strengthening customer engagement and service excellence. Prior to that, he was the Director of Customer Service at STATS ChipPAC Korea and had also served at Hyundai Electronics earlier in his career. Mr. Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Sogang University and an MBA in Business Administration from Yonsei University, Korea.

Keith McDonnell

SVP, Legal; General Counsel
Mr. Keith McDonnell was appointed as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Company on March 10, 2025, responsible for legal affairs, compliance and government relations. He previously served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Arm China; Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel for Americas of Midea Group; General Counsel for Asia Pacific of Freescale Semiconductor; and held a variety of positions in different regions for Philips Electronics. Mr. McDonnell holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago Law School. He is licensed to practice law in the U.S. jurisdictions of California, Illinois and New York.

Jessica Wang

SVP, Human Resources
Ms. Jessica Wang joined JCET on October 18, 2021, as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. With over 20 years of HR experience prior to joining JCET, Ms. Wang held various senior HR positions in several Fortune 500 multinational companies, serving as Head of HR for Asia and China. She also served as HR Vice President for a large China-based conglomerate, overseeing global functional management. Ms. Wang has a proven track record in organizational culture development, talent motivation and growth, and leadership development. Ms. Wang holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and a postgraduate certificate in Practical Psychology from East China Normal University. Additionally, she is currently pursuing a Global Doctorate in Business Administration at Emlyon Business School.

Lifen Xu

SVP, Strategy Development
Ms. Xu Lifen was appointed Senior Vice President on November 29, 2024, overseeing strategic development and project management. Previously, she served as Senior Project Manager and Deputy Director of Business at China Resources Group's Strategic Management Department. With experience at McKinsey & Company and other top consulting firms, she brings deep expertise in strategic management, project execution, and investment. Ms. Xu holds a master’s degree from Zhejiang University.

Prasad Swaminath

SVP, International Sales
Mr. Swaminath Prasad was appointed as Senior Vice President of International Sales at STATS ChipPAC on November 1st, 2023. Mr. Swaminath has been a valued member of STATS ChipPAC since 1999. He possesses a wealth of management experience gained in STATS ChipPAC’s Engineering, Global Sales, Customer Support and Business Operations functions, with expertise in strategic business development, market exploration, fostering employee engagement and driving business growth. He earned his Master’s degree in Systems Science and Industrial Engineering from SUNY Binghamton, and supplemented his education with a management training program at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth.

Jeff Howell

SVP, International Sales
Mr. Jeff Howell was appointed Senior Vice President of International Sales and Key Account Management on December 1, 2024. With over 40 years of sales leadership experience in the semiconductor industry, he is responsible for driving revenue growth among established customers. Mr. Howell has been with the company for 22 years, previously serving as Vice President of Sales, where he played a key role in accelerating sales growth and advancing strategic initiatives. Prior to joining STATS ChipPAC, he served as Vice President of Sales at Zucotto Wireless, Inc., and held senior leadership roles at Kyocera America Inc., including Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University.

Lid Jian Chiou

Managing Director, SCS
Mr Lid Jian Chiou has more than 35 years of semiconductor experience. He is currently the Managing Director of STATS ChipPAC Singapore, for the past 5 years. He is also the elected Board of Directors of Singapore Semiconductor Industrial Association (SSIA).Prior to that, he has spent his past 17 years working for ASE as General Manager for Singapore and various VP positions in ASE Penang and ASE Shanghai. Before joining the OSAT industry, LJ Chiou spent several years in Chartered Semiconductor (now known as Global Foundries) in Operations and Corporate Planning. He started his career as a Process Engineer with Texas Instruments. LJ Chiou graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow and obtained his MBA at the State University of New York, Buffalo.
