These facilities were designed from the ground up to "mirror" STATS ChipPAC's volume production facilities in Asia. They are a microcosm of STATS ChipPAC's Asian test facilities, featuring matching test system configurations, handlers, probers and interface hardware, as well as identical manufacturing specs, procedures and processes.
