Strategically located in Bangkok, the “gateway to Asia” and “hub of ASEAN,” STATS ChipPAC's Thailand operation provides full turnkey services including assembly, final testing and drop shipment.

STATS ChipPAC Thailand's 463,000 square foot assembly and test operation features high volume assembly of leadframe, laminate and wafer level CSP packaging and test services for data storage and communication markets. Its test operation includes three test shop floor areas, covering 82,206 square feet or 7,640 square meters, dedicated to test, wafer probe and post test operations.
